Eats: "Strive for Five"

The USDA says 5-9 servings of fruits and veggies per day, but "Strine for nine" makes no sense, so let's start with five. I have 3 fruits and 2 veggies, but feel free to mix things up, but have at least 1 of each. So, 4 fruits and 1 veggie is OK, for example. Sample serving sizes are in the activity description. Eat up!
