Running, walking, healthy meals, biking, weight-lifting, yoga, and plenty more. And if you don't find Blitzes
quite right for you, become a Coach so you can make your own and get other Blitzers to join you.
Blitz when you want, doing what you want. Maintain your fitness level or jumpstart your training. Focus
on your favorite activities or try new ones. Join others with similar interests or create your own Blitzes for your friends
(and anyone else who wants to join).
