Required:
Barbell, Weight Bench, Inclined Weight Bench, Dumbbells
Bench Press
:
Good for general strength and fitness.
Do: 10 reps with BEST pounds
Do: 8 reps with BEST pounds
Do: 6 reps with BEST pounds
DB Incline Bench Press
:
Good for general strength and fitness.
Do: 8 reps with BEST pounds
Do: 8 reps with BEST pounds
Do: 8 reps with BEST pounds
Pushups
:
Do as many consecutive reps as you can. Be sure to keep good form.
Do: 30 reps
Do: 20 reps
Do: 15 reps
DB Fly
:
Good for toning and muscle endurance. Rest 1-2 minutes between sets.
