Required:
Barbell, Weight Bench, Weight Plates
Front Squat
:
Good for general strength and fitness.
Do: 10 reps with BEST pounds
Do: 10 reps with BEST pounds

Heel Raise
:
Good for general strength and fitness. To really maximize workout, do 1 set of heel raises in between each set of front squats.

Bulgarian Split Deadlift
:
Good for general strength and fitness.

:
Use good form. 10 reps for each leg is 1 set
