Alligator Pushups
:
Alternate the hand positions after each rep.
Do: 10 reps

Chair Triceps Dips - 1 Chair
:
Do not bend your elbows more than 90 degrees. Rest 1 - 2 minutes between sets.
Do: 10 reps
Do: 10 reps
Diamond Pushup
:
Keep your back straight. Rest 1 - 2 minutes between sets.
Do: 10 reps
Do: 10 reps
Squats to Chair
:
Keep your head up. Rest 1 - 2 minutes between sets.
Do: 10 reps

Chair Pushups - Decline
:
Make sure the chair does not move.
Do: 10 reps
Do: 10 reps
Squats Holding Chair
:
Hold on with your left hand in the first set, your right hand in the second set. Rest 1 - 2 minutes between sets.
