Yoga Back Stretching: Beginner

Required: Mat

This is an easy (relatively speaking) series of yoga exercises that will stretch your spine. The three exercises flow together, so try to do them that way. Breathe slow and deep and stay relaxed.

yoga_icon Cat Cow Stretch ajax : Breathe.
Do: 5 reps
 

yoga_icon Downward-facing Dog ajax : Hold the pose for approximately 15 seconds.
Do: for 15 seconds
 

yoga_icon Sun Salutation ajax : One rep for each side.
Do: 2 reps
