Yoga Back Stretching: Beginner
Required:
Mat
This is an easy (relatively speaking) series of yoga exercises that will stretch your spine. The three exercises flow together, so try to do them that way. Breathe slow and deep and stay relaxed.
Cat Cow Stretch
:
Breathe.
Do: 5 reps
Downward-facing Dog
:
Hold the pose for approximately 15 seconds.
Do: for 15 seconds
Sun Salutation
:
One rep for each side.
Do: 2 reps
