Dumbbells, Weight Bench, Pullup Bar
Be sure to complete a good upper body warmup first.
Power Clean/Thruster

Use a fairly heavy weight, but be sure you can handle the press safely and with good form.
Do: 5 reps with BEST pounds

DB Bench Press
:
Good for building strength and size.
Do: 5 reps with BEST pounds
Chin-ups
:
Use good form.
Do: BEST reps in 1 minutes
