Barbell, Weight Bench, Pullup Bar
Be sure to do a good upper body warmup first.
Power Clean/Front Squat

This is power training, so use the heaviest weight you can handle safely.
Do: 5 reps with BEST pounds

Bench Press

Good for building strength and size.
Do: 5 reps with BEST pounds
Pull-ups (reverse grip)

Use good form.
