Get moving!
It doesn't get much easier than this, folks! Just one activity to do, and you can pick it. Make sure when you record your progress, you add a comment saying what you did for those 30 minutes!

movement_icon Aerobics/Cardio ajax : Make it all one activity for 30 minutes, or split it up into multiple sessions of one or more activities (like walking, swimming, cycling, dancing ... ). As long as you get 30 minutes total!
