This is a short and simple Blitz to welcome you to the site and help familiarize you with the system. Be sure to record your progress! And if you have any questions, enter them in the comments. Welcome!
But this is also a good Blitz to get a simple, regular workout three days a week. Remember, you can be flexible with the dates and your activity, as long as you do some work and record it!
It doesn't get much easier than this, folks! Just one activity to do, and you can pick it. Make sure when you record your progress, you add a comment saying what you did for those 30 minutes!
Make it all one activity for 30 minutes, or split it up into multiple sessions of one or more activities (like walking, swimming, cycling, dancing ... ). As long as you get 30 minutes total!
Do: for 30 minutes
Any aerobic/cardio activity at whatever level works for you. Some examples are walking, running, cycling, skating, swimming, and dancing. Also sports such as tennis, basketball, soccer, and hockey. Anything that gets your heart and lungs pumping.
